Goan team finished runners-up at 17th National Aerobics Championship 2023 organised by ISAFF India at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh recently.
In under-9 individual boys, Sanskar Velip finished first while in under-9 individual girls, Swara Desai emerged first. In under-11 individual girls, Tanishka Gaonkar finished second and Vaishnavi Kantak finished third. In under-14 individual girls, Khushi Bhat grabbed the second spot and Ira Chimote finished third. In under-17 individual girls, Rimi Khandeparkar emerged second.
In under-9 mixed pair, Swara Desai and Sanskar Velip claimed the top spot while under-12 trio of Vaishnavi Kantak, Radha Desai and Tanishka Gaonkar finished third. The under-14 trio of Ira Chimote, Khushi Bhat and Rimi Khandeparkar claimed the second spot. The team was coached by Ashwin Patil.
