Pax of Nagoa Sports Club edged past Geno FC 3-2 in the Reliance Foundation Development league, at SAG ground, Utorda on Saturday.
Geno FC started the game on attacking fashion. Vikas Kakki broke the deadlock in the eighth minute. Pax of Nagoa upped the ante and at the stroke of lemon break, Nayab Khan levelled the score.
The second session, Pax of Nagoa fired all cylinders and in the 66th minute, Stalon Lucas converted the spot kick send the rival goalkeeper in the wrong way. Sherwin Abranches put the issue beyond doubt in the 77 th minute. Nigel Fernandes reduced the deficit for Geno in the 88th minute.
