Three Goan cricketers have made it to the auction blog of the ISPL T10 League.
26-year old Gauresh Nagvenkar, Guru Prasad Aroskar (27) and Sahil Waigankar (30) are the known players in the Goan pro hard tennis ball cricket fraternity. They have played tennis ball cricket all over India in various prestigious tournaments.
Goan Ranji and UAE International cricketer Ambey Parwatkar was amongst the selectors along the likes of Ravi Shastri, Jatin Paranjape, Pravin Amre, Chandrakant Shinde, Karuna Kotian and others.
A total of 350 from 18,000 entries will go under the hammer which is set to be held on February 25. ISPL T10 is next big league which will be streamed on live on Jio Cinema and Star Connect.
The six franchises are owned by film stars.
Srinagar (Akshay Kumar), Mumbai (Amitabh Bacchan), Kolkata (Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan), Hyderabad (Ramcharan), Chennai (Surya) and Bengaluru (Hrithik Roshan).
The first matches in the series will be held from March 6-15 in Mumbai. The league aims to break down barriers, bringing the raw passion and skill of street cricket onto the grand stage of stadiums.
