Honda joins hands with HDFC ERGO

Providing added convenience to its two-wheeler customers ahead of the festive season, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt Ltd on Friday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with HDFC ERGO General as a preferred insurance partner for Honda 2Wheelers India.

Present at the MoU signing ceremony were Yadvinder Singh Guleria (senior vice president “ Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt Ltd); Ritesh Kumar (managing director & CEO, HDFC ERGO General Insurance) and Anuj Tyagi (executive director, HDFC ERGO General Insurance) along with other dignitaries.

Elaborating on this partnership, Guleria said, “The two-wheeler insurance segment is rapidly evolving with renewals and multi-year policies on the rise. More and more customers now want extra convenience in their Honda 2Wheeler’s insurance policy. Our partnership with HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company will give our valued customers more convenience even in their 2Wheeler insurance policy. This is truly a win-win situation for our customers who will get 40 per cent saving on insurance premium (own-damage) and near-cashless claim settlement with the convenient digital interface. Driven by this partnership with HDFC Ergo, we aim to further delight our customers this festive season.”
