PANAJI: Toyota Kirloskar Motor has introduced the Urban Cruiser Hyryder Aero Black Edition in India, adding a black-themed styling package to select variants of the SUV.
Priced at Rs 31,999, the package is available on the Midnight Black G and V grades with both Neo Drive and strong-hybrid powertrains. The Aero Black Edition adds a black grille upper garnish, front spoiler, headlamp garnish, tailgate garnish and rear spoiler, along with an Aero Black badge.
Toyota is also offering an All Black Package at an additional cost. There are no mechanical changes. The Hyryder continues with its 1.5-litre petrol engine in Neo Drive guise, while the strong-hybrid version combines a 1.5-litre petrol engine with an electric motor and e-CVT.
The strong hybrid delivers a claimed 27.97kmpl, while the petrol range offers manual and automatic transmissions, with 2WD and 4WD availability. Launched in 2022, the Hyryder has crossed two lakh sales in India.
The SUV also offers a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, a 9-inch touchscreen and a 360-degree camera.
