The Goan Community Aberdeen (GCA) celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ by presenting an Easter Dine and Dance party for members, their families and friends at the Sportsman's Club Queens Road, Aberdeen, on April 9.
Over 100 guests were present at the event and the tickets included snacks and buffet meals catered by Saji caterers from Aberdeen. The Easter dine and dance party, which included fun, frolic, games, and dancing, was hosted by the Emcee Jean D'Souza and foot-tapping music was provided by ‘Oceanix’ and DJ Jeremy.
On the occasion, a book, ‘Cloud's In My Eyes’ written by Flora Fernandes was launched by the Counsellor Steve Delaney, Deputy Provost of Aberdeen.
The GCA team has thanked all those who donated, sponsored and contributed towards the success of the event.
