PANAJI: The Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) has signed a MOU to establish a cell for innovation, incubation and business development in Goa for the entrepreneurs, conceptualised by IEDA (India Economic development corporation) and with extended support by GCCI. “The incubation cell is a joint initiative of GCCI Women’s Wing and GCCI IT Committee and will be operational for the overall development and support of entrepreneurs, MSME’s, SME’s and start-ups in the State of Goa,” stated Ralph De Souza, GCCI president, adding, “The mission of the incubation centre is to encourage and support establishment and growth of innovative and technology-based start-ups in Goa.”
