Samrat Club, Valpoi and Shree Shantadurga Kala Manch, Masorde have jointly organized a Rangoli competition at Masorde at Shree Shantadurga temple complex on November 19 at 5 pm. The participants will have to draw a rangoli based on Diwali related topics. One hour will be allotted to each participant to complete their drawing.
