On the occasion of French National Day, a spotlight will be trained on lesser-known and classic methods of French cooking during an upcoming Masterclass conducted by Chef Patrick Albert, a member of the prestigious Maitre Cuisinier de France and Head Chef Faculty at the Verna-based Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts (KCCA). The Masterclass, held in collaboration with Alliance Française Panaji, will take place at KCCA on Saturday, July 13 from 3 pm to 5 pm. In honour of this day, Chef Patrick will guide participants through the preparation of French cuisine, featuring dishes such as tarte tomate (tomato tart), les îles flottantes (floating islands), and poulet à la diable (devilled chicken).
