The Goa Cricket Association (GCA) on Saturday offered two oxygen concentrators for cricket clubs registered with the GCA from Mormugao taluka. The GCA had also organised a programme to distribute PPEs to all cricket clubs in Vasco and the two oxygen concentrators were handed over to Dr Baban Parulekar by GCA General Secretary Vipul Phadke in the presence of former GCA treasurer Zameer Carol, GCA managing committee members, doctors and other dignitaries.

The oxygen concentrators will be stationed at Parukekar Hospital in Baina and will be made available to public for use on recommendation of the club presidents or secretaries.

Speaking to reporters, GCA General Secretary Vipul Phadke said the GCA purchased 15 oxygen concentrators to be distributed to cricket clubs over the State. Dr Baban Parulekar said the two concentrators would be placed at his hospital in Baina.
