President of India Ramnath Kovind, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, other political leaders and dignitaries wished Shripad Naik, Minister of state for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and Tourism on his birthday yesterday via phone and social Media. Chief Minister of Goa Pramod Sawant met Naik and wished him. Other senior BJP leaders also wished Naik. On the occasion of his birthday Naik under MPLAD scheme, handed over the HIV-AIDS awareness Van to Goa State AIDS control Board. The keys of the said van were handed over to project director of AIDS control Board Dr Geeta Kakodkar. Milind Naik, Minister for Social Wellfare, Mahanand Asnodkar, President North Goa District BJP, other officials of the Board including Ramesh More, Sunita Aradre and number of well wishers were also present on this occasion. Different medicinal plants were distributed at the hands of Shripad Naik, Milind Naik and Mahanand Asnodkar.
