Engineer Prateek Sharma has been honoured with the Eng Francis Bomdin Lopes memorial award. A student of Goa Engineering College, Farmagudi, Ponda, he stood first in BE (E&E) Dept scoring 92%. He received a citation and cash award of Rs 10,000.The award is instituted under PC Trust by the Lopes family since 2019-20. Eng Sharma is the son of Rajesh Kumar and Bimla Devi, residents of Vasco.
