A financial awareness townhall was jointly conducted by 17 regulated entities comprising banks nnd NBFCs at Institute Menezes Braganza in Goa as part of the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) efforts to spread awareness on grievance redressal mechanism and save and secure banking in the country through its Nationwide Intensive Awareness Programme 2022. Senior RBI officials and executives of the 17 entities attended the event. Dos' and Donts' were share with the customers.
