PANAJIThe preliminary centre level rounds of the 21st Shenai Goembaab Kathamal story telling competition organised by Konkani Bhasha Mandal will be held on August 20 in 16 centres across Goa. Two contestants from each school can participate in each group. Contestants can only participate through schools. The district and final round of the competition will be held on August 28 at Konkani Bhasha Mandal, Margao. The schools have to hold the competition in three groups at the school and then send the first two winners to the centre level competition. The organisers will also present certificates to the contestants who participate in the school level competition. Every competitor at central, district and state levels will also be presented with certificates and prizes in the form of books for the winners of the competition. State level winners will be awarded cash prizes and mementoes.
