A CME Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme in ENT (Ear Nose Throat) Department will be held on Thursday at 3 pm in the Pathology Department Seminar Room of the Goa Medical College, Bambolim. The topic to be covered in the CME is Glomus Tympanicum (Paraganglioma): the incidence, clinical aspects, imaging, diagnosis, gross microscopy and management of this condition. Dr R G Wiseman Pinto, Professor and Head Dept of Pathology GMC and the President Asian Society of Cytopathology will co-chair the CME with Dr M Tiwari Associate Professor of ENT department. Dr Anju Thomas, Senior Resident ENT at GMC, Dr Vedant Kunde, Resident at the Radiology department of GMC and Dr Tanay Gangurde Resident at the Pathology Department of North Goa District Hospital Mapuca will be the speakers. The CME has been accredited by Goa Medical Council with one CME Credit point and it is open to doctors and medical students.
