PANAJI: Goa University has selected the women kabaddi team for the West Zone inter-university kho-kho women championship, which is scheduled from January 24 -27 at Awadhesh Pratap Singh University, Rewa.
The kit distribution and farewell function for the teams was organised on January 19 at Sports Section, Goa University, in the presence of Balachandra Jadar, Asst. Director of Physical Education and Sports, Goa University, Shailendra Gaonkar, Assistant Sports Officer, Goa University along with Mr. Caetano Clemento, Team Coach, and Neha B. Jamuni, team manager
The following players will represent Goa University at the Championship: Sarita Gaude, Mandali Gaonkar, Dikshita Dasar, Saloni Naik Dessai, Anjita Velip, Sweta Velip, Susmita Velip, Jyoti Gaonkar, Seeta Gosavi, Trupti Velip, Sayali Salavi, Sakshi Kadlaskar, Soumya Patil, Vidhya Gaude, Deepali Velip.
