PANAJI: VM Salgaocar College of Law, Miramar, were adjudged winners of Students’ Parliament Competition 2023, during the prize distribution ceremony held in the distinguished presence of Goa Assembly Speaker Ramesh Tawadkar, Deputy Speaker Joshua D’Souza and other dignitaries held on February 27 at the Secretariat.
The College was also awarded ‘Best Leader of Opposition’ and ‘The Best Speaker’ awards. Siddhant Shetye was adjudged ‘The Best Leader of Opposition’ and Sherwyn Correia was adjudged as ‘The Best Speaker’ of the competition.
A total of 30 students from the college participated in the competition. The faculty coordinators for the competition were Dr Aamod Shirali, Dr Sonal Sardessai, Assistant Professor Shaina Dhulapkar.
