Twelve candidates filed their nominations on Monday for the Bicholim Municipal Council (BMC) polls on October 25.
The candidates who submitted their nominations to the returning officer were Nilesh Tople and Gurudatt Pal (Ward 3), Rajasree Teli, Poonam Teli and Suvarna Naik (Ward 5), Supriya Mandrekar and Hassan Shaikh (Ward 6), Gurudas Korgaonkar and Pandurang Korgaonkar (Ward 8), Sudin Nayak (Ward 11) and Sadanand Popkar and Manohar Shirodkar (Ward 12).
Earlier, Kundan Fogeri and Kiran Kauthankar had filed their nominations for Ward 6, thus taking the total nominations to 14 till Monday.
