The Anjuna Police have arrested three men from Rajasthan in connection with an attempted murder case reported in Nagoa, Bardez, on October 1. The accused allegedly attacked a man, Ashok, with an iron rod over a dispute regarding gas cylinder delivery. After the assault, they fled the State.
Acting on technical surveillance, police tracked them to Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. The arrested were identified as Radheshyam (31) of Risaliya, Haryana, and Lekhram Nayak (30) and Sunil Meghwal (29), both from Sirsa, Haryana.
They were nabbed within the jurisdiction of Suratgarh Police Station and brought to Goa for further investigation. The probe is supervised by PI Suraj Gawas under SDPO Mapusa Wilson D’Souza and SP North Rahul Gupta (IPS).
