42-year-old CISF staff commits suicide at Vasco, note recovered

A 42-year-old man Jail Singh Nareti on Sunday morning committed suicide at New Vaddem in Vasco.
Nareti was a staff of the CISF force attached to the Goa Airport at Dabolim.
Vasco police sources said that Nareti committed suicide by hanging in his room at a rented premise in New Vaddem.
"His body was found hanging in his room and we were alerted by the locals. We rushed to the site and we also recovered a suicide note," said an official.
"Nareti is believed to have shifted to the area in New Vaddem just a few days back from Shantinagar where he used to live earlier. We have registered a case of unnatural death and further investigation is underway," the source added.
PSI Mayur Sawant of Vasco Police Station is carrying out a further investigation under the supervision of PI Kapil Nayak and the guidance of Mormugao DySP Salim Shaikh.
