Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Tuesday rapped the knuckles of government officials, especially those in charge of ensuring that the government's websites are functional round the clock.
Speaking at the Secretariat at the inaugural ceremony to mark the Vigilance Awareness Week, CM Sawant said, "70 to 80 per cent of the government department websites are not working or are not updated. As a result, citizens are forced to visit government offices to get their work done. Department secretaries should take note and look into such issues. This is not the duty of the CM."
