Aam Aadmi Party Goa launched its Entrepreneurship Cell on Friday with prominent young entrepreneurs joining the party.
In the press note, AAP stated aiming to develop an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Goa, entrepreneurs like Suraj Palekar, Rohan Mayekar, Yuri Rebeiro and Sukendu joined.
To make Goan youth career ready, party also launched its Entrepreneurship cell, under the leadership of Suraj Palekar, which will work to equip youth with world-class skill education to enable access to aspirational jobs and inculcate entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurship, stated AAP in the press note.
Suraj Palekar, is an entrepreneur working on tech platforms that support business growth, Rohan Mayekar, is a commercial photographer who conducts courses on skill development, Yuri Rebeiro, is one of veteran DJ in Goa and runs event management business while Sukendu runs a travel company, which is specialised into wildlife trekking, AAP further states.
While welcoming four new members into the party, Rahul Mhambre, AAP convener stated, “After seeing these entrepreneurs joining the party, other entrepreneurs will also be inspired to join the AAP. The Entrepreneurship Cell, will help Goan youth to start their own enterprise.”
