Bordem student felicitated
BICHOLIM: Sudhanagar Vikas Mandal of Sudha Colony in Bordem-Bicholim felicitated a student, Sumant Manohar Naik, from the same area for representing India during the National Exchange Programme (NEP) of NSS organised in China.
Bicholim MLA Naresh Sawal was the chief guest at the function.
Naik was the only NNS volunteer from Goa selected for NEP among A total six NSS volunteers selected from other states of India.
During the programme, he visited Beijing and Shanghai in China. He exchanged cultural and social views with other participating youth from China.
Earlier, Sumant had represented Goa at the Republic Day function at Rajpath in New Delhi.
