Cantaram contest at KA
The rehearsal with the band will be on March 17, from 9.30 am to 5 pm at the Black Box.
PANAJI: In an effort to promote talents in singing, preserving and reviewing the tradition of tiatr songs and also to provide incentive to new compositions, the Kala Academy Goa is organizing the 14th Cantaram competition on March 19 & 20, at the Black Box Kala Academy.
This year the competition is organized in just one category - decent and comedy Cantaram. However, three prizes in each sub category - solo male and solo female, duet, duo, trio, quartet (group) and choral cantar singing.
Those interested in participating may collect the entry forms from the office of Kala Academy submit the same by March 10.
