: The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Margao Kalpana Gauns will pronounce order on the framing of charge in the Majorda casino case involving Nuvem MLA Mickky Pacheco and Mathew Diniz to December 7.
When the case came up for hearing before the CJM on Monday noon, Mickky was conspicuous by his absence, prompting Judge Kalpana Gauns to adjourn the matter to December 7.
While both Mickky and Mathew have prayed to the court for discharge in the case, saying the prosecution has failed to produce any evidence of their involvement in the case, the prosecution has argued that it is a fit case for framing of charges against the duo.
