Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar on Sunday stated that after coming to power four years ago, the BJP government has fulfilled most of the promises given in the election manifesto. Parsekar was speaking after starting party s Ghar Ghar Chalo Abiyan in Pernem taluka. As the BJP government completed four years in power, the party has started Ghar Ghar Chalo Abiyan to give detailed information of its achievement to the people by going to their homes, the chief minister said. Harmal ZP member Arun Bankar, Sarpanch Gopal Bhisaji, Mandrem BJP Mandal president Ramesh Shet Man drekar, secretary Santosh Korkhankar, Prabita Kanolkar, Arun Parsekar and Prakash Kanolkar were present. “I am sure that people of Goa will bring BJP back to power in the coming assembly election,” said the chief
minister. “What the erstwhile Congress-led government couldn t do when in power our government has done in four years. Ladli Laxmi scheme was started to honour girl child, Griha Aadhar scheme for housewife, Dayanand social security are some of the schemes which have reached most of the needy people and our workers should be given credit for this,” said Parsekar. ZP member Arun Bankar said the BJP government is doing progress of Goa and the country. “People will bring this people-oriented government back to power and Chief Minister Laximikant Parsekar will win in Mandrem constituency with a double margin,” Bankar added.
