A scooter rider along with the pillion were injured when the scoooter they were riding was knocked down by another two-wheeler at Quepem.
According to Cuncolim police, the incident occurred on January 29 when the scooterist duo - Aaron and Nazareth - whilst proceeding towards Canacona were knocked down by a motorcycle by one Navlo, who was also proceeding in the same direction. Cuncolim police said that the scooter was knocked down from the rear.
Upon getting information, Cuncolim police registered an offence under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC. Further investigations are in progress.
