The Overseas Employment Agency of Goa recently started a three-month food processing course at Zor-vaddo, Chapora.
Inaugurating the course, Vice Admiral John D'Silva (retd), chairman of Overseas Employment Agency of Goa, said women and youth should take advantage of the facility to learn and study the course properly so that after completing the programme they can start their own business or work in good hotels.
Agnel Vocational Training Institute, Agnel Ashram, Verna will be the implementing agency of the course.
OSD to Commissioner of NRI affairs, Ulhas Kamat, Prof Umesh Kolwalkar, Agnel Ashram officer, Sunil Bhatt and Anjuna-Kaisuva Youth Club, president, Sandesh Khorjuvekar was present for the function.
Sunil Bhatt welcomed the guests, while Sandesh Khorjuvenkar proposed the vote of thanks.
