Chiding Chief Minister Pramod Sawant for giving a clean chit to his ministers in the land grab case, former GPCC president Girish Chodankar demanded to know whether the same was given after proper inquiry.
In a press note issued here, Chodankar sought to know whether the CM has given the clean chit based on outcome of investigation.
“I will be obliged if the CM clarify whether SIT has completed the investigation in the case pointed out by me and whether his so-called ‘clean chit’ to ministers is based on the ‘outcome of investigation’,” Chodankar questioned.
Chodankar further stated that, in earlier instances too, the CM had made utterances which were contrary to the facts like in the case of Sonali Phogat where he had said that it was a case of heart attack.
