The Varca village panchayat has sent notices to the local business community urging them to get vaccinated against Coronavirus in order to protect themselves and the locals of Varca village.
The panchayat headed by Sarpanch Charlton Lourenco has sent separate notices to the greengrocer, the hawkers, fish/meat/chicken/pork sellers to take the anti-Covid vaccine at the earliest.
“Getting a Covid-19 vaccine is an important step to prevent getting sick with Covid-19 disease. We care about your health, getting vaccinated will help to protect you and the residents of Varca villagers, so my humble request to get yourself and your staff vaccinated to help stop the pandemic”, the Sarpanch said in the notices.
He also thanked the business community for extending their cooperation in complying with the Covid SOPs.
