“I am still in Delhi. I will return to Goa only on Friday after which I will tender my resignation. Until then I am still Goa s AG,” Nadkarni said.Nadkarni said he will not specifically argue cases in any particular ministry even though speculation is rife that Nadkarni will get preference in cases being dealt by the Defence Ministry. “The role is to represent the Govt of India in the Supreme Court and no particular ministry is being assigned,” Nadkarni said.
