Students of Ballroom Dance School Dance Illusions did Goa proud by winning gold in two competitions held in Maharashtra.
The India International Tanzsport contessa witnessed participants from Sri Lanka as well. It was organized by Tanz Verden Ballroom International school.
Seby and Ivanna won four gold medals in the 4 dance category gold level comprising cha cha cha, rumba, samba and jive.
Milroy and Maeve won four gold awards in the silver level 4 dance category in jive, rumba, samba, cha cha cha.
Carolyn and Agnelo won gold medals in the rumba bronze level and also won the silver medal in waltz as well, while Stephen and Daisy won bronze medals in the cha cha cha bronze level.
Dance Illusions also took away top honours at the 7th Maharashtra Dancesport Championship organized by Maharashtra Dancesport Association.
Cyder and Cinidia bagged two gold medals in cha cha cha and jive in the children's category while Dr Nadia and Dr Lloyd were awarded gold in cha cha cha in the senior category.
