HJS women call meet today
MAPUSA: With a view to stop the menace like casinos and vulgar hoardings in Goa, Ranaragini sect of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has organised a mahila sangatan melava at Vaishya Bhavan hall, Dnyanprasarak School in Mapusa on May 22, at 3.30 pm.
“It is the need of the hour to unite devout women, who are followers of traditions to oppose vulgarity that is going on in the name of modernity,” said Rajashri Gadekar of the HJS.
The issues like the importance of spiritual practice (sadhana) in life, the benefits achieved by abiding to dharma, giving information about the agitation over opposition of the menace like casinos and vulgar hoardings are going to be discussed at the gathering.
