Porvorim MLA Rohan Khaunte on Wednesday filed a complaint with Lokayukta PK Mishra alleging scam in the beach cleaning contract, alleging that it is a premeditated conspiracy involving the Tourism Minister and all other officers of the Department to defraud the state exchequer.
Besides the Tourism Minister, Khaunte has named other directors and deputy directors of the Department from January 1, 2013 till date as the accused as the files pertaining to the scam were processed and approved during their tenure.
