Lyric writing workshop on June 2
PANAJI: The 9th edition of the Goa Marathi Film Festival will conduct a lyric writing workshop on June 2, from 10 am to 6 pm at Kala Academy, Panaji. Bollywood lyricist Prashant Ingole will be the resource person.
The Belgavi based lyricist has penned down three epic tracks for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s historical drama ‘Bajirao Mastani,’ The song ‘Gajanana’ from this film entered the Guinness Book of World Records. Ingole produced his first hit with the song ‘Party on my mind’ for Race 2 back in 2012. Participants will explore and experiment with various lyrical perspectives and techniques, enabling them to develop a personal style of expression.
