According to Agassaim Police, a woman from Corlim complained that the accused, Swapnil Kavlekar, had sexual relations with her minor daughter on many occasions since the last one year.
Agassaim Police arrested the accused under Section 376 Indian Penal Code (IPC), Section 8 (2) of Goa Children’s Act and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, (POCSO).
Agassaim police is investigating into the case.
