Manifesto a con job, says Congress

The Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) on Sunday denounced BJP’s manifesto terming it as ‘con’ifesto and chided it for not completing 70 per cent of what they had promised during the 2012 elections.

Speaking to media after BJP unveiled its manifesto, GPCC general secretary Sunil Kawthankar said they failed to include issues like casinos and MoI, calling it a ‘con’ifesto against the people of Goa.

“There are a lot of issues that have not been included. There is not a word on casinos. It is now clear they are being funded by them,” he said.
