One held for theft

MAPUSA: Mapusa Police arrested a resident of Cunchelim on charges of stealing a gold bangle.
The complainant Sylvia Vaz from Maina-vaddo, Sodiem, Siolim had said that Valanka Fernandes from Cunchelim, who was residing with her had run away with one of her gold bangles.
Mapusa Police arrested Valanka and recovered the gold bangle from her on Tuesday evening. Mapusa Police is investigating the case.
