Aryan Anil Kambli, a student from Virnoda Pernem’s Shri Sant Sohirobanath College, succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment at Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC) on Tuesday night.
Aryan was injured in an accident on November 15 and was being treated at GMC hospital, where he breathed his last.
Kambli, a resident of Madhalawada-Parsem, was riding his two-wheeler on November 15 and was hit by a truck while was giving side to another truck. He sustained serious head injuries and since the accident site was in remote area, Kambli did not get any primary aid. He was finally taken to Mapusa’s Asilo hospital and from there he was shifted to GMC.
Aryan is survived by parents and a younger brother. The final rites will take place on Thursday.
