The Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) in Panaji will shift to new premises at Pilerne, Bardez from November 2, with applicants scheduled for appointments from that date required to report to the new location.
As per the information revealed, the PSK, currently functioning from Passport Bhavan at the EDC Complex, Patto Plaza, Panaji, will now operate from Royal City of Joy, near Audit Bhawan, Pilerne, Bardez.
The Regional Passport Office (RPO), Goa, said the relocation of the existing co-located PSK to dedicated premises is to provide better infrastructure and improve the quality of passport services.
Applicants who have appointments on or after November 2 have been advised to visit the new PSK at Pilerne on the date and time mentioned in their application receipts.
However, the RPO will continue to function from Passport Bhavan, Patto Plaza, Panaji. Back-office operations and other services, including the issuance of surrender certificates and apostilles, will also remain available at the existing office.
