Deputy Director of Urban Development Deepesh Priolkar has been directed to officiate as the Chief Officer of Mapusa Municipal Council in the absence of Clen Madeira who is recuperating after reportedly falling ill.
Director of Urban Development Gurudas Pilarnekar has asked Priolkar to hold the charge of the Chief Officer of Mapusa Municipal Council in addition to his own duties until further orders.
Madeira, who is the Additional Director of Directorate of Municipal Administration, also holds additional charge as chief officer of Mapusa Municipal Council.
