Russian woman rape accused surrenders

the goan I networkPERNEM   According to the police, the accused James D’Souza was absconding for four days after allegedly raping the Russian woman in her hotel room at Morjim.   The accused surrendered before JMFC Pernem, who remanded him to 14 days police custody.
