PANAJI: The District Magistrate, North has notified the construction of speed breakers in the jurisdiction of Village Panchayat Ona-Maulingem, Kudchirem in Bicholim taluka. On Poriem road near Sateri Temple Kudchirem at the distance of about 20 metres from the junction and on main road i.e. from Bicholim to Matne near primary school at the distance of about 20 metres from the junction.

Admissions open for courses at labour welfare centres

PANAJI: Admissions will be open from June 1 to June 30 for the course in embroidery needle work, cutting and tailoring of ten months duration, through the labour welfare centres under the Office of the Commissioner, Labour and Employment. The courses will begin w.e.f. July 1.
