The Agassaim police have filed a case against Saish Borkar (28), brother of St Andre MLA Viresh, and three others for allegedly stalking, assaulting, and threatening a 36-year-old woman.
The alleged incident occurred on November 12 around 7:45 pm while the First Information Report under Sections 504 (Insult intended to provoke breach of the peace), 323 (Voluntarily causing hurt), 506(2) (Criminal intimidation), 447 (Criminal trespass), 354(d) (Assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code was registered on November 21.
As per the allegation made by the victim, Saish and his accomplices allegedly stalked her, barging into her house by breaking open the main door and even beating her.
