OLD GOA: St Andre MLA Viresh Borkar has described the FIR registered against his brother as a political conspiracy.
“Since he is my brother, the issue has been blown out of proportion by the police who have acted in haste in dealing with the matter,” Borkar stated.
However, in the same vein, the MLA informed that the law should take its own course in the matter.
