The Santa Cruz panchayat has complained of dumping of garbage near the newly built MRF shed.
In the complaint filed with the Old Goa police, Sarpanch Jeniffer Oliveira has named three persons for being responsible for dumping the garbage.
The sarpanch has further sought strict action against the culprits as she said the panchayat is undertaking door-to-door waste collection on a daily basis.
