Stolen Swift seized at Nashik, Maharashtra

A Maruti Swift stolen from Mapusa on Sunday night was seized by the Mapusa police at Nashik Maharashtra.

Following the complain from Raghuvir Naik, a Mapusa resident, the police began the investigation and traced the stolen car in Nashik, Maharashtra. The accused Mahesh Sharad Lahane (Songiri, Maharashtra) was arrested who stole the car from the parking place outside Raghuvir Naik's residence.

HC orders interim relief to Sunil Garg till April 5

Directs complainant Munnalal Halwai to submit all documents related to the case

The High Court has directed complainant Munnala Halwai to submit all the relevant documents in connection with the former IGP Sunil Garg alleged bribery case. Garg challenged Panaji JMFC court's order before the High Court. Munnalal Halwai had registered an FIR against Sunil Garg for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 5.5 lakh. The High Court has accepted the submission of the ACB and till the next date of hearing FIR against Garg will not be filed.
