Stretchers, wheelchairs donated to CHC
VALPO: State Bank of India, Valpoi Branch, donated five stretchers and five wheelchairs to Community Health Centre (CHC) Valpoi.
The stretchers and wheelchairs were donated at a special function organised at Valpoi in the presence of branch manager Rajeev Pawar. The stretchers and wheelchairs were handed over to CHC Valpoi health officer Dr Surekha Parulekar, senior medical officer Dr Shyam Kankonkar, medical officer Dr Abhijit Wadkar and other staff members.
Deputy branch manager SBI Siddesh Sawant, Rajendra Kudnekar, Prakash Gawde and Ganesh Sawant were also present.
Dr Parulekar complimented the SBI for the donation and urged to provide such facilities to individuals also, who needs such support.
