Students continue with agitation; parents join in

Students from Dhempe College of Arts and Science whose exam results have been withheld continued with their stir on Tuesday.

Joining the stir on Tuesday were the parents of 74 agitated students in support of their demand. The parents vowed to hit the streets if needed.

The students had on Monday gheraoed Goa University’s Vice Chancellor Satish Shetye after the college sent them messages declaring their answering of final exam as null and void owing to their falling short of 75 per cent attendance.
