Theft case at Anjuna
MAPUSA: Electronics items and cash of Rs 50,000, belonging to a Italian national, were stolen from her room.
According to complainant, Maxy Meliana, some persons entered her room between 11 pm and 3 am on Saturday and took away a laptop, I-phone, tablet, hard-disk and Rs 50,000 cash.
Anjuna Police registered a case of theft against unknown persons on Sunday. PSI Subhash Gaonkar is investigating further.
